    Hi, Jordan ! It's not a problem : I can read English - if you write slowly ! (in fact, I have a good dictionary). I have only a PhD in anthropology (Rain Gods in Central America) and a post-graduate degree in criminology. Now I'am writing my first detective novel (in French, don't worry !)
    I'm very impressed by your career, Jordan. And on your website, I can see that in April, May and June 2008, three books are coming soon. You are writing three books in the same time ?

    Merci pour le message. Je suis anglaise mais francophile. J'ai recu mon maitrise pour mes rechereches concernant le roman policier francais - en particulier le detective 'manquant' y dedans. Pour les detectives a etudier j'ai choisi Cadin de Daeninckx et Adamsberg de Vargas (j'aime ses romans, on peut les relire et y trouver beaucoup plus le deuxieme ou troisieme fois).

    Comme vous/toi je suis membre de 813 et aussi j'assiste a la redaction d'europolar (www.europolar.eu) un site Internet pour encourager une meilleure connaissance du polar dans les pays europeens. En ce moment les pays representes sont le RU, la France, l'Allemagne, la Belgie, l'Italie, l'Espagne.
    Pour le moment je m'occupe d'une recherche des polars traduits en anglais pour livre de reference. Qui sont vos romancier preferes qui ecrivent en espagnol pe?
