Thank you for giving me something else to stick my teeth into. I have a favourite second hand bookstore in a small community not far from where we live. They make great coffee and you can find all sorts of treasures there. I will definitely ask about your book. I knew you were courageous to write about your loss but didn't know quite how much until your latest note. That is intensely personally and to share that with the world. Looking forward to more "crime faction."

Hi Marija,
You may be interested in another book I've written. Its 100% true.
"Me and Her:a Memoir of Madness" is about my struggle and triumph over Bipolar Disorder. There's events involving Police, the court and stalking. Its being considered by Australia's top agent now. Take a look at http://www.karentyrrell.com
Cheers,
Karen :))

Hi Marija,
Our student vanished 10 years ago and it took me that long to have to strength to write Sayonara. We were very close to her, getting to know her over a 3 year period.
I fictionalised the story, changing names and places to protect the innocent (and the guilty), but over 30% reads as Memoir.
Cheers, Karen.

Hi Marija,
Nice to meet you. I live in Brisbane, Australia. I'm almost finished my Crime Faction, Sayonara and Harper Collins has already requested it. Its based on a true story ... our Japanese exchange student vanished from Brisbane.
I'm watching the Olympics at night to relax.
