Hi, Ree, I like that "reader" title. Mystery writers love nothing better than meeting new readers. I'm sure you'll find lots of new authors to tackle here.
Thanks for the invite!
Haven't seen Blood Ties yet, but I know I'll like it.
I may wait until it comes out on video and see the whole season.
It's not something anyone else in my family would watch.
I love some of the same authors you do.

Hi
Thanks for the invite look forward to reading more about you.
Am currently reading Jake Arnott's 'Johnny Come Home' having read all his other works.
ReaderRee,Thanks so much for the invitation to join your group. I appreciate it. And it's nice to meet someone who readily idenitifies herself as a "reader." I think reading is one of the joys of life, and am old fashioned enough, to say that I like most of all to read from a book. One where I can pause, keep my place with a finger on the page, think, reflect, look around, and go back to reading.
If you're so inclined, I have a short story published on Amazon.com/Shorts called "Antiguan Memories." It's hard to define the niche/genre, but I'd say it's speculative. The story is set on the Caribbean island in the 1930's. And it involves a disillusioned Anglican priest, a mute Antiguan boy, and the spirit of a murdered slave girl--all of whom are seeking release.
Thanks for the invite. Nice to have a reader as a friend. BTW, I write cozy mysteries based in the Chicago area. Check out www.jdwebb.com for a free read of first chapters of all my stories.
Hi, Reader Ree, and thanks for the invite! It is great to see a reader join the group. I think you'll find some great opportunities and can get to know those of us who both read and write. (Pardon the pun!)
Glad to hear you like mysteries. If you like stories with regional flavor, you might check out my web site at www.sylviadickeysmith.com and dive into the world of Cajuns and cowboys. Syl
