Wow, my life sounds dull when I compare it to your background...well, maybe not so dull. I have taught in high school and worked in libraries for many years (1979-97+) and then went on to teach English to foreign speakers. I have a friend of many years who worked in the Clark County Sheriff's Department until she retired, but she is much more closed-mouthed than I.
I have no desire to write the Great American Novel--satisfied at present to write to the editors of local papers.
However, for some reason I "enjoy" reading about serial killers. So far as I know I have never encountered any.
Hi Cathie. No that isn't me. It is quite a common name unfortunately. There is also a talent agent in England with the same name.
I am more well-known in true crime and Ripperology circles. Though if my first crime fiction gets picked up I might be a well known mystery writer too I guess.

Let's hope that is an omen.
