Synopsis redux

I've learned a great deal here searching on "synopsis" but can't nail down a simple formatting answer...

single space?

1.5 space?

double space?

16pt separation? 18pt? 

Since page count (rather than word count) seems the standard measurement, spacing seems important. 

Ideas/suggestions appreciated!
