Does anyone have any information about this highly praised e-publisher?  It suddenly struck me that one's book might become stuck with a publisher, and with electronic publishing, there is no clear date when the rights are returned.  Some electronic publishers also have a kill fee they charge when an author changes his mind. I don't see that issue addressed on their web site.

Thanks, Byron.  Since I have old print contracts that include e-rights, I've started wondering if the e-books ever go out of "print." If it is possible therefore for the printed books to disappear and those rights to be returned while the e-rights stay with the publisher into eternity. I guess I should consult my contracts or my agent about that. Joe Konrath's repeated "e-books are forever" tends to make one nervous.
