L.A. Times Festival of Books April 26-27, 2008 at UCLA

Just a reminder that the L.A. Times Festival of Books is coming up April 26-27 at UCLA. Haven't had a chance to review the list of events and authors and events, but they usually have a crime/thriller panel.

Tickets are free, but you should try to snag them as soon as you can if you see a panel you want to attend.
And by the way, the Santa Ana Winds have died down, so it's no longer 99 degrees here (thank goodness....).

This year there will be a seventy-five cent service charge to get pre-event tickets. Still a drop in the bucket. I may try to get them online this year as Tower Records has closed its doors.
