Interested in taking your crime or mystery manuscript (story or novel) to the next level? In this ten-week course through Stanford’s Online Writer’s Workshop you’ll learn to improve techniques of writing action, dialogue, voice, and point of view. Get valuable feedback on your writing from a dedicated and organized group of fellow writers! Students will also have the chance to publicize their work to the large group of fans listening at CrimeWAV.com, which also plays here at CrimeSpace!
Open to writers of all ages, levels and locations. Can be taken for college credit, graded or ungraded.
Registration has already begun. Class runs from Jan 12-March 22. Perfect for dedicated writers with a working lifestyle. Cost: $750 Limited to 17 students.
Instructor: Seth Harwood is a graduate of the prestigious Iowa Writers' Workshop, whose first novel, JACK WAKES UP, is forthcoming from Random House this May.
