Hi, guys! Everyone in Phoenix and environs, Barbara Peters at the Poisoned Pen in Scottsdale, Arizona, is throwing the 16th Kate Shugak novel, aka Whisper to the Blood, a party on date of publication, 7pm, February 17th (ta-dah!).
