I just read the first few pages of "The Crossing Places" and bought the book. Absolutely loved it, and looking forward to reading the rest. I have just self published on Kindle under the name Iain McKellan (intrinsically shy and struggling with whether my work is any good).

Any tips on getting published and effective marketing would be very welcome, as would any comments on my work if you get chance to read the free pages on kindle. Thanks, Matt
