Welcome, Jennifer. I like the disabled protagonist angle. Did you ever see Iron Sides, with Raymond Burr, a t.v. series in the 60s or 70s? Also, James Franciscus(sp?) played a blind lawyer/investigator in New Orleans in another t.v. series from back then. Bruce lee made his acting debut in that series as the side kick.
