About Me:: I just wrote my first crime fiction novel entitled Amongst The Killing, available in paperback and ebook at amazon. I am a big fan of the genre. I try to read whatever I can get my hands on. I am open to an Author Exchange. I live in California but i have been well traveled living in Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, and Japan. Been and seen every state in the Continental US and most of Mexico and western Canada. I was a Marine for 4 years. I grew up in Southern California.

Books And Authors I Like:: In Cold Blood by Truman Capote (Its the one that started it all for me in this genre)

The Maltese Falcon by Dashiell Hammett (the movie is a masterpiece but I always found the book was always richer and more alive on the page)

The DaVinci Code by Dan Brown (To me this is the Perfect book, I am in ahh of Brown's writing)

One Step Behind by Hanning Mankell(I like Mankell's curling of the toes kind of approach. This is the best of the lot for me.)

Body Farm by Patricia Cornwell (A legend but this is the one I loved because of the depth it provided)

The Godfather by Mario Puzo (A different type of crime fiction but still a masterpiece in every way)

Movies And TV Shows I Like:: The Maltese Falcon, Seven, The Usual Suspects, Heat, The Godfather Trilogy, Double Indemnity, Chinatown

TV Shows not my thing but Dexter was one of my favorties, first 4 seasons and a little bit of Season 6. The worst ended series ( and yes I preferred the Sopranos over Dexter's last season)
