I am a mum to three gorgoeous girls and married to a wonderful man. I write in my spare time but hope to make a career out of it next year. So far i have only published articles in magazines and am chasing the ellusive novel....I also run a website!

My kids will be so jealous that you put one of yours in the picture.
My daughter was disgusted when the newspaper described me as a mother of seven tyear old twins - they're eight - and she could see no good reason why she couldn't be in the feature shot!

Your favorite authors list looks a lot like mine :) I got to meet Jeffrey Deaver and Tess Gerritsen in the last two years and they were wonderful in person :) I'm not familiar with Val McDermid - might have to do some research :)
