Would like to introduce my new suspense novel "If Thy Right Hand"
- the story of an impassioned prosecutor whose uatistic son is accused of molesting two young boys. Ilene Hart's world falls apart as she is caught between his claim of innocence and her life-long dedication to putting sex offenders behind bars.
Welcome suspense readers to check it out on Amazon and/or Barnes & Noble, and post some feedback, ask questions, or otherwise start a dialogue about what moves you in suspense fiction.
Thanks! Robin

Not familiar with Denise Mina. But dark is a good place to start. I'll check her out.
I read crime noir-ish crime fiction -- Elmore Leonard, Richard Price, George Pelecanos, etc. I suppose my writing reflects those influences: dark, kind of pulp-ish.
I've actually dabbled in playwriting -- didn't quite make it to Broadway, but I got something in the State University of New York Brockport's festival years ago. I'm intrigued by people bringing theatrical elements to crime fiction. I think it's helped my dialogue writing. I imagine it's done the same for yours.
Lots of interesting 'ex's. You've got to have at least twelve novels in you.
