Time ... ZIP -- I missed it

Hard to believe almost a month has passed since I blogged here. I blog in a bunch of other places on a regular weekly basis, but I haven't been back here for a while.

Let's see ... Work in progress ... coming along. I'm starting my 3rd month on it, which is about my limit for a book. I need to wrap it up in a couple of weeks. 6 chapters to go, 2 weeks to do it. Should be doable.

Home construction: remodeling. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I may have an office again by the end of the week. I've been carting around my computer in a box for the last month.

Weather: snow and more snow. Again: a light at the end of the tunnel. I may be done with dangerous commutes. It's supposed to hit 50 by the end of the week. That'll melt the 8 inches of snow we got yesterday.

Work: this has been a state of grace for me because I'm between deadlines. Starting in May it's going to get crazy. But for now ... a breathing space.

Hmm. Was it really so easy to sum up a month's worth of LIfe?

I guess so. There's that old saying: "Life's a cinch, inch by inch. Life is hard, yard by yard."
