Agatha nomination for "Death Will Trim Your Tree"--and the full list of nominees

I'm thrilled to announce that my short story "Death Will Trim Your Tree" is one of this year's Agatha award nominees. You can read it at http://www.elizabethzelvin.com/PDF/Zelvin, Death Will TrimYour Tree... .
In a way, I owe it all to CrimeSpace. I'd never written a short story (well, not since college 100 years ago) when Daniel Hatadi announced a short story contest here with Australia as the theme. I figured it couldn't hurt to try. The result was "Death Will Tie Your Kangaroo Down," which won an honorable mention on CrimeSpace (the perfect position, since it remained unpublished even online), appeared in Ellery Queen Mystery Magazine, and was also nominated for an Agatha. This current nomination is also thanks to Tony Burton of Wolfmont Press and John Floyd, who edited the 2009 holiday crime anthology The Gift of Murder, in which it first appeared. So I got to do a good deed (the anthology benefited the Toys for Tots Foundation) and get my story out there at the same time. How cool is that? Liz

And I'm happy to post the full list of nominees.
