Balance

In the Army I was often told to lead, follow, or get out of the way. I often wondered how much damage was done by people making the wrong choice from those options. Now that I'm more mature I see that the mistakes made in this area even out over time.

Most who lead, can't. Most who follow, shouldn't. So there's a balance.
