If you like fast-paced action stories with a moral lesson thrown in, I think you’ll enjoy this one. 

 

In a nutshell:  A deformed, angry, man’s life goal is to bring the New Jersey rail system to a complete standstill and murder as many innocent passengers as possible.  An FBI special agent, suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury is just as determined to stop him.

 

The author is a sufferer of TBI and writes from a position of authority.
