True Blood & HBO

Let me start off by saying that I am a huge fan of True Blood! I think Alan Ball is brilliant and all of the actors are so very, very talented. I also love coffee. It came in the mail today and it's cracked! My beautiful mug, cracked. I was very disappointed. Ok, I pouted a little.

I called Shop HBO and was very impressed with their customer service. They are sending me another mug, no charge. And, no hassle of having to go to the post office to return the broken one, they said to just discard it.

So, while I am bummed, I'm also very happy with HBO. Thank you, HBO!
