WHAT GRINDS MY GEARS

 

You know what grinds my gears...when a new and aspiring writer asks for help. Although for the most part the writing community is supportive and recognizes a worthy effort, and is always predisposed to help , some times it seems like asking for help causes the same effect produced by a wounded fish in an ocean of sharks, the unusual vibrations produced by this small minnow seem to attract the worst of predators. Under the guise of helping they try to sell you their services and products at inordinately high prices, and guarantee nothing for it. Anyone out there experienced this before?
