What's this rumor/story about a new crime imprint?

I caught a glimpse of a story somewhere about Little, Brown&Co. thinking about coming up with a new crime fiction imprint. Anyone else hear anything?

Neil. . . . care to comment?

I've read Mr. Pietsch is a fan of thrillers and he is looking to establish a suspense fiction imprint, covering crime, thriller, supernatural, etc. He anticipates 25 titles a year, half hardback and half trade paperback. Looking for a Fall 2010/Spring 2011 launch. Very exciting.

Here's the poop on the Little, Brown new imprint. Sounds like they may have some money to throw around finding new writers. Now, dammit, if only I had an agent!

Saw it for the first time myself today! Needless to say, B. R., I'll be watching it with interest.

Yes, I saw that, too. Reading between the lines, I take it they're looking for big names.
