Hi Michele: You are obviously an expert on digital marketing- that's the topic I've been given for my panel at Thrillerfest. I look forward to meeting you there.
I'm just not sure about these new-fangled devices. Why, I remember the old days. Books were written on papyrus. Now there was a real book! Besides, what are we going to put on our bookshelves if everything goes electronic? Then again, I guess I'd have more room for my Pez dispenser collection... Delete Comment
Michelle, Bobby called from Mystery Bookstore and talked about our signing together on July 19th. I hope you like the idea as much as I do. I will arrive in Malibu the week before, so if you are close to LA, maybe we can meet prior to the signing. More on me at my website, www.michaelhaskins.net. As soon as I know you are okay with the idea I will upgrade my website and other nings mentioning the time, 2 p.m., and you are your book. Look forward to hearing from you.

I've been so deep in the nuclear pile and nonproliferation matters that I knew at least seven good reasons why Iraq didn't have any nuclear war capability before we invaded. Tried to tell my old fraternity brother, Steve Hadley, but he's an ideologue and can see little green men if dub-yah wants him too.
You bet. And if you stumble across anything in my checkered homepage that might help you in any way, don't hesitate to burn a few pixels to let me know.
Hi, Michelle,
Thanks for the kind words about my first chapter. I've read several of the Hard Case Crime books and intend to get more. Bust was fantastic. I love both Ken Bruen and Jason Starr. I'm going to get Slide before long, too. If you like Hard Case Crime, you should check out some of the reprints by Stark House Press, too. Stark House puts out a bunch of the old hardboiled stuff, and the covers are excellent.
Michelle. Thanks very much for the invitation. I haven't been visiting Crimespace as much as I did in the past, but having the excuse to come back reminded me what a fascinating place it is. Good luck with the Kelly Jones series. I'll be looking out for it!

We drive through Greenwich every Saturday on our way back from a writer's workshop we teach in Warwick. It's a very pretty place.
I've been enjoying your posts on the mystery lists and am anxious to read your work. You have a lot of fans!
I like what Lescroart said about THE TUNNELS: "This book starts out scary and only gets worse--or, if you like frightening thrillers-- better."
That’s good enough for me. Your book is now on my must buy list…. (Can you get it for me wholesale….j/k.)
