OK, I've looked at Writer's Market and AAS, and narrowed my list down to... 132 possible agents. How do I pick who to send to first? Does it matter? If you have an agent, how did you find him or her? Regrets? Advice?

If you got everything down and have made sure they are seeking your type of story then jump on in and send away! Doesn't matter who you start with. It's a good idea to send as many queries as you can and from there just be patient.
