forum threading question

Sorry to post this here, as I'm sure it's addressed somewhere, but I can't find it...

Is there a way to make the forum posts thread with the most recent post at the bottom, instead of buried within the thread?

Minerva, I think this happens when people start reading the thread after a week or so and decide to comment on an earlier comment. The only way to get your comment to the end is to post in the box in response to the original issue. I'm afraid we tend to digress from that quite frequently and engage each other in discussions.

The only thing I could suggest is that you could go to each Forum category separately and view it by latest activity.

I have the option of turning the forum into a flat rather than threaded one, but when I tried that out many moons ago it wasn't popular.

At this point, let me compliment Daniel for making this really quite easy for me. I come every day, and run my eye over the forum offerings by looking at the most recent postings. These are always at the top and show date, or sometimes hours and minutes since the comment was posted. Nothing could be easier or more efficient. :)
