About Me:: Am a retired high school teacher, now a mystery/historian writer- I have become a published writers. I am the founder of the Sooke Scribblers- we mentor high school students, I am a director of both the Sooke All Arts Literary Assn, and the Sooke, Community Art Council and I have been invited by the Mayor's office to be a part of Sooke 's Program of the Arts- I represent writers. I am a member of the Federatin of British Columbia Writers, and the Canadian Crime Writers Assn. Lately I habeen reading and thinking of joining Dorthyl and She Writes. I am married with two grandchildren, own a border collie, love to garden, read, walk and people watch. I am world travelled- enjoy history. Earlier in life I was a model, stewardress and a teacher. I have been married 3 times- third time lucky!

Books And Authors I Like:: Elizabeth George, Giles Blount, Cynthia Harrod/Eagles, Jim Ellis, Tami Hoag, John Sanford, Jeffery Deavers, Michael Conners to name a few- once I find an author I like- I read all their books

Movies And TV Shows I Like:: I like TV series like Inspector Morse, Waking the Dead, Criminal Minds, PBS series of all the old writers- ie Thomas Hardy, Charles Dickens
