I started writing limericks in high school. That was before I got into trouble for publishing a high school look-alike of the 1950s Confidential magazine (a fictional version of the story appears in my mystery novel, The Hayloft). I no longer write scandal sheets, but I do still write limericks. Here are some of my mystery limericks:

Sorry it took me so long to let you know what I thought of the book, but sometimes life just gets in the way.
I'll have to try that. I have five books to give away. Help me work through this. Do I just announce it over the Crimespace blog discussion, or whatever? Refer them to my website to learn more about my books? Please bear with me. I'm new to this; still learning to wade my way through the milieu of promotional wares.
Good idea about the drawing for your book. I'm a new author, and getting my name "out there' is a tremendous effort. I'm also new to Crimespace. Explain the "drawing." Could be something I'd like to try. Anything to promote my books.
