Sydney, Australia
About Me:
I'm a long-time crime fiction reader with a preference for the hardboiled detective sub-genre but will read just about any crime novel that comes recommended.

My online presence revolves around the Australian Crime Fiction Database which lists details of crime fiction by Australian-based authors as well as reviews, awards, upcoming releases, etc.

I ramble on a little bit at my Crime Down Under blog and try to give a bit of a preview of the new Australian releases.

Damien,
Thanks for the brilliant NIGHT FERRY write-up. I'm really glad you liked it. I'm doing loads of promotion in OZ this time round. Hopefully we'll catch up.

Damien, I visited my page and found a lovely notation from A.G. Bennett, re my stories on crimedownunder. He says S of S disturbed him. So thank you for the opportunity of pleasing and disturbing someone at the same time. Hope to see you at Cross Book Shop on Wednesday.

That is indeed me finishing the 2005 Sydney Morning Herald Half Marathon -- and with less than 5 weeks to go until the 2007 SMH Half I am splitting my time reading and running. I've tried to do them simultaneously but kept losing my place.
