I forgot to mention that anyone can go to HewittsBooks and open a FREE PDF file with the first chapter of The Dead Guy.

Why not give it a quick read? It's a short chapter, and if it doesn't hook you, fine. But you might find that you need to read on ...

Thanks!

Murder at the Pelican Club - A Brand New Murder Mystery Play

In August I was commissioned to write a murder mystery play. More used to penning crime novels this is my first serious play and I thoroughly enjoyed writing it. It began with an e mail in August asking writers for submissions for a new murder mystery play to be performed by professional actors and actresses in the autumn. Deadlines were extremely tight. I needed to know more.

What kind of play were they looking for? Was it to be a serious play… Continue

Murder Mystery Evening A Huge Success

When a body of a woman was found in Portsmouth Central Library, on the evening of 25 July 2008, I and fellow crime writer,June Hampson were on hand to help solve the puzzle, but we were banned from doing so. Why? Because this was a murder mystery evening organised by library staff. And a hugely successful event it was too.

Over sixty guests were asked to follow a trail of clues scattered around the three floors of the library to uncover the… Continue

Marketing and What Readers Can Do to Help

Every Secret Crime will be released in two days.

Want to help with marketing?

There are four things you can do that are absolutely stone critical.

1: Buy Every Secret Crime and enjoy it.

2: Write a review of Every Secret Crime on Amazon, Barnes and Noble.com or any sales site where you're allowed to post one. Point of sale reviews are essential. By a large majority, readers tell me they bought my first book based on the reviews they found on the listing page. It… Continue

My new contribution to the peaceful world of crime aficionados

For all readers who love LeCarre and Forsyth novels and movies, I am contributing my recently published CROSSROADS thriller. I am also expecting my The Raven Affair to be published in 2009. Interested readers can find my novels at www.SNEDELTON.com. I have received a couple of… Continue
