Calling UK Crime Writers

There's some really good stuff here on crimespace and some lively debates and interesting articles. If and when I have more time I'll join in - promise. I'm curious to know if any UK crime writers are on crimespace. If so give me a shout. I belong to the Crime Writers' Association of Great Britain, if there are also any other members of this organisation out there say 'hello'. I'll also post something on my wall.

Hi Ali, Hope the crime novel goes well. I'm half way through the fifth Inspector Horton novel. After that I'm going to write another thriller. Sometimes wish though I could brain dump straight onto screen without the typing bit. The wrists take a bit of pounding. It's the revisions that count though. I made lots of mistakes to begin with by thinking I had finished the 'grand novel' and I'd only really written the first draft. Now I revise until I know it inside out and upside down. And then I'm never really satisfied with it.

I'm U.K. based for years! Came to live here years ago (marriage)--
thought I'd say "Hi!"
I'm New York born and bred, but in my head I'm a local--been here nearly half of my life!
Currently hard at work on a crime novel that I have high hopes for!
Nearly up to final draft now. Hope to have it done and dusted very soon actually.
