I'm excited! Yesterday I signed a contract for my second book in The Third Eye mystery/suspense series entitled DEADLY SINS - DEADLY SECRETS. The release date for the book is set for Nov. 1, 2007.

Plus, I received a review on the first book this week -- my first one -- so I feel like a kid with a new toy. The review ended with a marvelous blurb:

I spent this last week in Orange, the setting of the series, working to create a buzz. Everyone seems thrilled to have a mystery series set in their town. I think this is the first time that has happened. And after the devastation wrought by Rita a couple of years ago, the town is seeing a revival of regrowth. So--both those combined has sparked new life in the area. It is indeed exciting!
