Death and all that crap.

So, my sister died...and now my brother is having major cancer operation this coming week.  The guy who was my closest pal since I was 15 suddenly died a couple weeks ago, and I look in the mirror and see some 63 year old man who looks more like my uncles than how I look in my mind. Anyone else have this "how did I suddenly become old?" issue?

I survive by taking it one day at a time, and by doing things I love, avoiding stuff I don't. I am aware that my time is compressed, so I value it more. Worrying about anything is pretty much a waste of time, especially death. Nobody gets out of this alive. :-)
