Just got off Rankforest.com, a web site that tracks books using Amazon and Barnes&Noble numbers, and I had to laugh my head off. I've got two books I'm tracking, and frankly, they're not doing too well. But out of a sales rank where your book is ranked bascially from 9,999,999 down to 1, my books are at the 600,000 range. At least they have rankings.

But get this, a book with the title something like I Hope There's Beer In Heaven, is raked at 127. 127!!? Un-friggen-believable! By Amazon's standards that a best seller. By anyone's standards that's a bestseller!

And who said God didn't have a sense of humor?

I see on Rankforest Bill O'Reilly has a new book out. Came out ranked 127 from the get-go. Already a national bestseller. Am I jealous or what?! (Yes, I am, as a matter of fact.)

Ooops. Got the book title wrong. It's Hope there is Beer in Hell.
