Thanks, Cammy. It's not quite as much like Strangers on a Train as one of the characters thinks it is, but that was my point of departure for the original premise.

I posted some brief character bios and samples from my first book, WILD BILL, and got good feedback, though I can't say they sold any extra copies. The feedback was good encouragement, and, since I'm doing virtually no promotion except for here, Facebook, and my blog, let's be honest: good feedback is what it's all about here. Some validation as a writer. I'm not going to make any money, which is fine. It might not be fine for someone who'd thinking of writing for a living, so i try not to set myself up as an example.

I like the title, Dana.  Simple and understated, but evocative of about anything.  Is this like "Strangers on a Train"?

I guess I should post some sample chapters and stuff, too, huh?
