I don't have any particular conferences in mind at this moment. I was going to attend the Houma, LA conference, but I had to work. The last one I attended was the Bayou Writers Group Conference in Lake Charles, LA. I was one of the guest speakers and I did a presentation called "Demystifying Murder Investigations". It was a very enjoyable experience and I learned a lot from the other speakers, especially Deborah LeBlanc. She was an AMAZING speaker! I even got my picture taken with her. :-)

BTW, if you'd like the outline from my presentation, e-mail me at bjbourg@bjbourg.com and I'll send it to you. If you receive it and have any questions regarding murder investigations, I'd be happy to try and answer them.
