Congratulations on your Oklahoma Book Award nomination.

Oklahoma has a rich literary life. When forced to pick a book about teen-agers, my daughter prefers S. E. Hinton's The Outsiders to Catcher in the Rye. At present, she's in a (faculty-supported) group that trying to match the controversy of White Tiger as last year's high school-wide summer reading selection.
