CreateSpace Formatting

I had a computer crash and lost my link to a CreateSpace formatter who had come highly recommended.

 

Can anyone here suggest some services that do an excellent job, both with the formatting and the cover?  I have covers, but don't know about spines and backs.

Hi, I'm new here, but thought I'd jump in anyway. I used Streetlight Graphics for my cover design, Kindle formatting and CreateSpace cover & formatting. I found them really easy to work with, but you need to book your slot a few weeks in advance. And their pricing is quite reasonable.

Thanks so much, M.K.  I'll look into it.  My e-formatter will format for 250.00, but I'd have to figure out how to do the spine and back design.  I do my own covers.
