This is a cool network, Daniel. First social network I've been involved in. Thanks very much for taking the time to set it up!

Here's a mystery for you, mate. Why are so many recent members grey silhouettes?
  • David L. Hoof

Good perspective. Realistic and accommodating. But if an old fart like me can do the techno stuff, why not others. Maybe there's a fear that if the wrong button is pushed, the world will blow up.
  • Megan Abbott

Thanks for the congrats, Daniel! (I'm still spinning in disbelief!)
  • Tom Cooke

    Daniel,
Thanks for all the hard work keeping this site up and running. It has really been an education for me. It is such a relief to find a place where you can go play with grown ups.

sorry if I'm blind--but could you tell me please?

    Hi, Daniel!
I just wanted to tell you that I love this site and I'm really enjoying meeting the nice people that are one here! There is so much interesting information here and it keeps getting better all the time. I'd have to say that Crime Space is definitely one of my top five favorite websites to go to (close to the top!) and that's really saying something!
Thanks for developing this site, Daniel, and I wish you all the best in the future.
    Sincerely,

Thank you, Daniel, for setting up such a cool site for crime writers and readers. It's my favorite. :-)

I uploaded photos of my dogs onto my site, but didn't know they would appear on the main page. How do I delete them from there? Thanks!
Also, I keep leaving an empty comments box behind whenever I communicate with friends. What am I doing wrong?
  • Jessica

Hey Daniel, do you have an agent?
  • Ange

Daniel: No need to respond to this, time better spent writing -- but this site rocks; it may change my writing habits/life I think about it (the site) 4.75 times per day. Thanks!

    Hi Daniel,
Thanks for the message and sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you - I've been overseas. Yeah, there are a few of us Aussies here!

When does your novel come out?
  • Phillipa Martin (PD Martin)

It's a lengthy process, isn't it?!!! Don't know if I should tell you how long I was trying for...or how many books I wrote before my "debut" novel, Body Count! The good news is, it does happen.
  • Eric Stone

Thanks Daniel. I looked on the photos page and couldn't find a delete link. I figured there had to be one somewhere though.
  • JJ Cooper

    Hi Daniel,

Thanks for letting another Aussie join the party. Nice house you have here.

Hi. I just discovered the Crime Zine Report to the right on the main page. Guess I have tunnel vision. Way cool! This will be very useful to me. Thanks very much.
  • Pepper Smith

Wasn't sure if this was the right place to put this, but if there's a post button for the chat box on the right side of the page, I can't find it.
  • Pepper Smith

Thanks! I'll have to try it out, then.

Congratulate me! Mystericale-E, the online mystery magazine run by Joe DeMarco has accepted for publication my little ditty called A SNITCH IN TIME, the short story that didn't win the Crimespace short story contest w/proviso it had to have an Aussie connection. Granted my Aussie connection was tangential to say the best, least, I mean. At any rate, when's Crimespree going to set up anohter short story contest? May I suggest one with a Chicago connection?

Tried to add a picture or two of the new guitar, but it didn't want to take. Anyway, it's the traditional tricone sprayed in black with a mahogany sunburst neck and fretboard. Neck looks like yours, the guitar's, I mean. My actual neck is much older and far more wrinkled than yours.
    The Best,

It's working OK, now. Thank you!

I'm new here. A young lady by the name of Krystal Waters invited me to crimespace. I write poetry, mostly freestyle and what ever comes to mind at the moment of where and what ever I'm doing. I love to write. I don't know what I would if they too the pen and note book away from all of us.

Anyway, making my rounds here and there. Stop by when you can Daniel Hatadi and all your friends.

    Dan,
I'd like to add a second video trailer on my Home page for my just released police procedural "The Black Minute" and have a question. I have one You Tube video for "White Tombs" on my home page and when I click "edit" I see where that code is. Can I place the second code for the new video in the same box underneath the first code, or will that mess up the first video? In other words, where do I put the new code?
    Thanks,
    Chris
  • Christopher Valen

Thanks, Daniel. I'll give it try.

    Daniel,

Are you the person who built the Crime Space website? If so, be kind to me. I'm new and am not aware of all the rules as yet. I'm looking for promotional opportunities, but am making friends. Send information, if you will regarding any promotions and what is permissible.
    Thanks.

Thanks for all your work with this network and website. I am encouraging connections. Really, we probably just need a group AdWords Campaign!
