Hi Dawg! Thanks for adding me to your line-up of friends. I look forward to finding out more about you and your work (I'll be checking out your crime fiction sites in short order). And I hope you’ll check out my new thriller, IM, about a serial killer preying on gay men using Internet hookup sites.
Hi, thanks for inviting me. I'll take a look at your sites post haste - I'm overwhelmed with emails this AM, taking part in a group chat party, but I'll get back here soon.
I am pleased to be in this forum and am looking forward to contributing to the tasks we establish. We are working on a Project called "Freedom" because there are definitely activities taking place by the US Government to reduce freedoms and re-instake Cointe Pro, aka dirty tricks against US citizens.
During the interim encourage others to view the CNN profile on me. So please google my first name "Leutrell" and see the CNN profile. Thanks Leutrell Osborne
Hi MysteryDawg,
I'm a fan, too with the same goal of reading and promoting authors. Check out my blog if you like: http://crimebeatstreet.blogspot.com/
I like Darkness Before The Dawn blog!
Hello from the UK. As soon as I have taken one kid to school, the other to the Docs and laid the last one down for a sleep - I too shall check out your websites.
Looking for inspriration - or maybe a good kick up the backside and an extra 7 hrs in a day at the moment.....:o)
The Dickens Challenge is going to start on a very informal basis this Monday -- check out my site then, and you'll see my first chapter and brief intros plus links to the work of four to nine other writers, depending on who falls out. I thought I'd let it go for a while with everyone posting on his/her own site but posting links to everyone else, mainly to see whether it would fall apart in a month before I asked you to put work into creating a site,
I've visited your sites, and they're great. I can see now why you were interested in the idea of the Challenge.
Take a look on Monday and think about whether you really want to do it. I'd love to see it grow, and I think a dedicated site is the best way to do it.
Thanks for the invite. Obviously, you are a dog person and one with a sense of humor, perhaps wry, sometimes a little dark, but fun! I'll follow up on some of the posts here.
I am one of the world's worst typists. You recently invited me as a friend, and somehow I hit a wrong key. So if you still want to be my friend, please give me a second invitation. My computerese is all self-taught, Had I taught typing, all my students would have failed.
Hi, thanks for adding and the good wishes. Likewise. I was wondering why you chose to add me since we don't seem to have equal interests and I am only a reader and only into gay mysteries? Was it kinda random?
Thanks for the invite. I have a fiction/crime fiction review site at http://nearlynothingbutnovels.blogspot.com/ and an environmental site at http://greenchemistry.wordpress.com/
I'm a a biomedical/chemistry research scientist, and writing about fiction is new for me (at least as an adult).
Thanks for the kind words, MysteryDawg. Delighted you enjoyed Dragon and Babushka. I'm hard at work on the third, so stay tuned. Thanks again for spreading the word!
How am I ??? Well, with a nod to Truman... “When you've got nowhere to turn, turn on the gas. , " ... Truth is, not bad, even though it's 0 F at the moment.
Thanks for the welcome!
I am trying very hard to get back into writing. . .
I haven't been very dedicated since Emory (in Loomis' class). . .
Hesitant to join any of the discussions yet, as I feel somewhat out of my league, but I will jump in soon!(I hope!)
But, thanks for friending me, I don't feel so intimidated right now. . Keep in Touch!
Thank you for the invite, MysteryDawg. I'll get a photo up sometime this month. Busy working on my next Amazon.com short. I am a newbie to CrimeSpace. You're my first virtual friend. I love the pup on the book photo as I love animals, particularly dogs. Happy New Year!
Dawn
Thanks for running Jailbirds on your Darkest Before Dawn site.I'll get my web master to put a link on the next upgrade.Noticed Google Alert picked it up immediately.Forgive me if you get this twice as I'm just learning the etiquette.
