Psychopaths and Sociopaths and whatever comes next...

Once upon a time psychologists would diagnose someone as being a psychopath. Something very interesting happened though - the term exploded into the popular media with novelists and moviemakers all using the term as a label for a complete nutcase who's not the sort of person you want to meet when you're in the shower - or when your car has broken down in the middle of nowhere. In fact, not the sort of person you really want to meet anywhere, period. So psychopath dropped out of use in the world… Continue

Thanks for the kind words. Either you took a wrong turn at Loch Lomond, as I have done once or twice, or you're leading a very interesting life!

Thanks for the invite Graeme. And yeah, I tasted Beer Lao courtesy of Eric Stone and was quite impressed.

Hi Graeme, Good to meet you. Actually though, she got it wrong, it was Beer Lao at the party. I was hoping to find Angkor Beer - as the book that was being launched is largely set in Cambodia - but the markets in the Cambodian neighborhood in town were out of it. One can find Tiger here pretty easily, but that will have to wait for a later book launch. The next book is in Indonesia, but unfortunately I've never found a source for Bintang here in L.A.
