Love this idea! It's so simple. Going on Google or Facebook to find book clubs was impossible!!

Hi Jennie, Thanks for asking, but I'm not sure if you mean how do you access the Sniplits website (easy - just go to http://www.sniplits.com) or how do you get published on Sniplits (our submissions guidelines & calendar are at the Sniplits Authors' Room - http://www.sniplits.com/authorsroom.jsp). I hope to see you at B'con!

The new book is a warm and fuzzy Christmas story, It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Murder. I'm killing people in a shopping mall at Christmas. (Maybe it's not so warm and fuzzy after all). If you're curious, I've posted the book trailer on my page.

It'll be interesting to see how a born again Christian handles the moral issue, assuming she knows how the baby was secured.

Common threads? Well, if you mean thematically, in my mysteries, it's the puzzle, itself, that is most important, and how my protag's personality influences the way he works and solves the cases. Specifically, P.I. Wray Larrick never, ever, asked help from the police or his cop buddies, in fact, avoids them always, or even his lawyer brother, to help him with anything, because he is driven to solve everything strictly on his own. He has a need to overcome guilt for something that occurred on his watch when he was a boy of twelve, and every case he takes on--and he takes on few--is just a step toward solving that most important one in his life. And that's also a puzzle to be worked and revealed over a series of stories.

If you mean what interests me most in my activity here on the space, I'd probably say I'm stimulated with subjects dealings with writers trying to make it, and advocating self help more and depending on others less; agents, publishers, etc.

Our youngest child is from China, so we were there in 2003. Loved the landscape, especially in the South. Amazing. Naturally, I also did a lot of other research into history and culture. We're lucky to have a very large Chinese community where I live, so that part wasn't as hard as you might think. Have a great day!
