Thanks for the invite, Gemma. I envy your success--way to go! I understand film/tv is where the real money is. Hope you're making a killing. I've had one nibble on my upcoming book from DoubleFeature Films. Can't wait for that movie deal.

Gemma, sounds like a winning series! Hope I am as lucky. If I get in the Bay area for a signing, I hope we meet.

Hey Gemma,
Thanks for the invite. Looks like a fun series adn congrats on the awards.

I'm finishing my second in series. Set in San Francisco with special effects artist turned amateur sleuth. Any suggestions on how to get some research done on the film industry...esp. back lot filming? What did you do some for Spying In High Heels? We get a lot of major films out here in Kauai. (Tropic Thunder is here right now with Cruise and Spiller.) But I haven't been able to talk myself onto the set. (Major films, therefore closed sets.)
Maholo and aloha. I'll check out your books...

And you like Elizabeth Peters -- good reading taste. Have you read Diana Killian's Poetic Justice series? Very much in the same vein as MPM's Vicky Bliss series. Sarah Wisseman also has an archeological series that is good. I am cesspool of useless info when it comes to mysteries - sigh. Back to laundry

Gemma, Good video pitches for your books. Love the glitz and glamour of the new West, although most of my Jack Bludis novels are set just after WWII, most are also set in Hollywood.

Hey there. Didn't realize you were a Dorchester author. Great! Will have to pick up a copy of your latest as well. Happy writing, friend.

Helllo, Gemma. How are you?

I love the Bay area, having visited many times when living in California some years back.

USA Network TV series based on your book, aye? How nice. Hope I can attract some attention from the networks in bringing one or more of my protagonists to life!
