Good to see Megan Abbott on the list. I met her briefly at Bouchercon last year and she seemed genuinely nice. I hope she wins.
I read John Hart's first novel and thought it pretty good for a first novel but not sufficiently interesting to buy any others.

I'm thinking I read Jo Nesbo, but cannot for the life of me recall anything about it. Don't blame the book. My memory is shot.
I've yet to read the Malla Nunn book but it won last year's Davitt Award for the best crime novel by an Australian female crime writer.
