I'm not sure I would be at all qualified to judge. My reading is very focused and there are too many works I'm unfamiliar with and, worse, subgenres I have insufficient expertise in or appreciation for.
There's always a bit of hubris behind "best of" lists, but this one's kind of interesting as such things go. Usually they tells us more about the list-maker's failures of taste and blind-spots than anything else, but that can be kind of entertaining.
