Thanks for your attention. I value the company of people who care about literature. I just noticed you like Conrad. 'The Secret Sharer' is one of my all time favorites. I also like john burdett, forgot to mention him on my page. But I will read some of your work as well. Looking forward to it.

Hey Rick,
Thanks for the friend invite. I admit *gasp* that I have not read any of your books. After reading the line about the ax, well, at least now I know to read your books in the daylight!! I am going to my local B&N this afternoon and I promise to "pick you up".
Will give you a nod when I finish *gulp* digesting your thriller ! :) kim
Happy to accept your invite. Agree about Heart of Darkness.Crimespace is a new experience for me and so is blogging.I co-authored my son's exblog 'Cycling Solo;Ireland to Istanbul' into a co-written book, but tend to concentrate on writing on my projects with deadlines, rather than blogging. However writing crime is new for me, so I'm regarding this as research. Many thanks.
Thanks for including me among your friends. I've hought of blogging too but won't as I think it will drain my writing energy. Novel writing is challenging enough. As for slam bang openings--they are wonderful if you can come up with them. fHappy New Year. Camilla
Happy New Year, Rick. I'm feeling rather overwhelmed and excited, too by the response of authors like yourself in welcoming me to Crimespace. Thank you.
G'day from Australia Rick. Lived in Ottawa many eons ago. Loved it - but too cold for an Aussified Brit like me.
We seem to enjoy same books/authors. In Cold Blood started me off on faction writing but over here the bookstores still frown on it - don't know where to put the book on the shelves. Like you, I'm not a blogger, so this is all very new to me.
