Hi Lillian, I finally read your post from december of 2007 - call me a little slow :}}} It is good to have another Canadian sleuth here. Are you going to Bloody Words in Ottawa this year? I'll be down there. Right now I'm at the Crime Fest in Bristol, UK, and looking forward to both the writetr's session on Thursday and to the conference itself. Hope to see you at Sleuth or at a conference sometime.
Hey, Lillian. I will edit the site so that readers may comment there. Thanks for the feedback. Let me know what you think of the books. Hell Swamp is next.
Lillian, thanks for the kind words. The third in the series come out this December from Poisoned Pen Press. Hope we cross paths on the book tour! Thanks again for spreading the word. TM
Thanks, Lillian. I see you live in Niagara Falls. I've just bought a house outside of Picton, in Prince Edward County. My standalone books, Scare the Light Away and Burden of Memory are set in Ontario, around Muskoka, and the series, of which the first book is In the Shadow of the Glacier is set in B.C. Hope you get over your slump soon. (Apoligies if you get this message twice - something seemed to have gone wrong)
Hi Lillian-- I didn't know you were from Niagara Falls!
And Jane! Fancy meeting you here! Jane and I will be at Casa Loma in Toronto tomorrow night, where Jane and about 5 others will be talking about their stories in my Christmas anthology, BLOOD ON THE HOLLY.
Hi Lillian. I'm glad, as well, to have another Canuck on crime space. I love Sleuth of Baker Street - a great bookstore. Some of the authors of stories in Blood on the Holly are doing a reading tomorrow night, December 18th, at Casa Lomad in Toronto. Wish me luck :}}}

Hi, Lillian. I'm chuffed to bits that you enjoyed THE DEAD PLACE. I have been to Canada a couple of times (in fact, I did a signing at Sleuth of Baker Street one year). And I definitely hope to get back again some time -but I don't just know when that will be at the moment.
All the best,
Stephen

Hello, Lillian!
Thanks for thinking of me - hope you're slump is over by now!
Lillian, I was at Murder And Mayhem two weekends ago and Luara Lippman was an interviewed guest. (star) She is absolutly charming and very funny, if you get a chance to meet her just walk up and say hi, she is that friendly.
No problem, shadowy Lillian. I was born in Nigagra Falls, lived in Lewiston and Grand Island. Have to admit, the Canadian side is the place to visit, though!
Best,
Leann
Aren't we on a couple other lists together? If so, I'm sure I've expressed my sincere hope that as an avid mystery reader you might decide to take a chance with my books. You can read the first chapter of any of them on my website (http://www.doriengrey.net).
I look forward to learning more abut you here on Crimespace.
Hey Lillian - let us know next time you are going to Sleuth and we can try to arrange to meet there - Patricia - I am volunteering you for this you realize. You can drop in on our f2f group too if you like - it is on the afternoon of the third Tuesday of every month
Hi Patricia, Good to see another 4MA also. I see you are in Toronto. Do you have a favourite bookstore there? I I like Sleuth of Baker Street. Are there any other mystery books stores in TO?
