It's a terrific, feeling, isn't it, after all those rejections? But now comes the real work. What? You thought you'd done the work and that now came the pleasure? Ha! Think again. Writing the book's only half of it. And if you're a techno-thickie, like me, you'll be amazed at what you can learn to do; I certainly was.
Everyone knows about the signings and the crowds of people who come to each. But…Continue

After an operation more bungled by circumstances than any incompetence on his part, MI5 agent Harry Tate is posted to Red Station in south Ossetia, a drab place where, apart from the ever-present followers, nothing much happens.…Continue

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I found it impossible to put down and really wanted to know what happened next. The action moves from country to country in the build-up to the 1/1 New Year terrorist tragedies. With thousands dead at the hands of Islamic fundamentalists, the UK government has no answers. We watch as the Islamic fanatics plot more terror. It's time for a new party, a radical party, the Independents, led by Francis Raike, who promises…Continue

Thank you, Geraldine. With the book coming out later in the year, figured I'd better start getting better connected. Crimespace seems such a great resource - one I've much neglected till now . . .
Life, eh :)
Look after yourself,
Hi geraldine, Thank you for buying 'Dogs Chase Cars.' I'm sure you won't regret it ;-)
Hi Geraldine, me again.
Just bought 'Dead Before Morning' for my kindle.
Would you be interested in doing a Q&A for my website? I do one a month for writers that I have read or am reading. It is aimed at curious readers or new writers about the process of writing novels, publishing etc. I thought the concept was more interesting than me wind bagging all the time on blogs and I'm learning a lot. Questions are not a pro forma, they are specific to the writer and their work.
Hi Geraldine, thank you for your acceptance. Much appreciated, I did spot that you are into the comedic combination of crime with laughs. Always good. I will check you out. Just been reading your promotional advice blog, absolutely agree. The kindle version of Dogs is £2.54, which is the version I try to encourage, given that I'm having problems with UK amazon at moment and UK readers have to pay £13 (inc postage) to get a copy from the U.S. And people wonder why the traditional print methods are suffering ;-).
Thank you again, if you do check out Dogs, I promise you won't regret it.
But hey, I'm a bit like you, I like plenty of challenges, look forward to your posts cheers..
